My stay at Road I for 3 days was a bit of a mixed bag. The room smelled moldy and damp, and although it was on the small side for a suite, it was very clean and comfortable. The service was quite disappointing as the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and didn't go out of their way to make things right. However, the location was excellent for our needs, away from the noise of Playa Del Carmen but easy to access attractions like Tulum and Xcaret. The dining options were limited but acceptable, and the facilities were decent.
